Nutrition and fitness group coaching is quality coaching, plus the support of the group, at an affordable price.

Choose from Monday evenings 7:30 - 9pm, or Thursdays at lunchtime 12:30 - 2pm. Join in when you're ready. We cycle through the topics every 8 weeks.
