About Me
Hello and welcome! I'm Sharon Ereaux. In no particular order, I’m a writer and an artist, a theologian and a coach. As a Nutrition and Fitness Coach I help people reach their health goals. And as an Eating Disorders Peer Recovery Coach, I use my 15 years of lived experience with Anorexia Nervosa to journey alongside those still in recovery.
I'm pretty passionate about a holistic approach, so I include strategies that help our spirit as well as our mind and emotions, which leads me to...
‘What’s a theologian?’... you might be wondering. Being a theologian means I study and think about God, and how our understanding of God applies to life. I especially like thinking about how faith in God can guide us through our health and recovery journeys. You’ll find some of my ponderings in my blog, including the epic saga of completing my Bachelor of Theology.
Well, make yourself at home and have a look around if you like. I hope you'll find some inspiration here for your own health and well-being journey.
"I would absolutely recommend Sharon as a nutrition coach. What I liked best about her coaching was that she gave me small but smart changes to make to my diet, that we built on over time. So it was easy to implement the changes and with her support, I’ve been able to maintain them as well. I also thought I knew a lot already about nutrition but I certainly learnt new things with Sharon. And then there were changes to my diet that I knew I needed to make to improve my health i.e. adding healthy fats and proteins to each meal to balance my sugar levels, but found too hard to do on my own, so the coaching helped me to simply be more aware and focused with making changes too. And since having the coaching I now find that my near fainting episodes are less and pms symptoms have eased too. Sharon’s manner is also very gentle but confident and affirming, helping me to enjoy the coaching as a part of self-care rather than feeling like I had to discipline, push or deprive myself. So it was an all round beneficial experience for my body and soul."

"I would highly recommend for anyone wishing to improve their overall quality of life!
Sharon has a strong passion to help others on a journey to improving themselves by making smarter, more mindful decisions. I greatly appreciated that Sharon took the time to listen and structured our sessions in a way that best suited me by setting manageable and rewarding goals each week that kept me motivated in continuing to work on improving myself."
